First Selectman Mailhos called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M. with Selectman Littell and Blessington in attendance.

  • Call Public Hearing – Old Town Hall Assessment regarding upcoming renovations
Discussion was held on how to word the call of the Public Hearing for the newspaper.

First Selectman Mailhos moved to call a Public Hearing for the Presentation of Old Town Hall Conditions Assessment on September 18th, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the Old Town Hall.
Selectman Littell seconded the motion.
Discussion was held.
First Selectman Mailhos stated that the final report will be presented after the architects have done a thorough assessment of the building.  This presentation was included in part of the architect’s scope of services.  The information will be used to help the Town prioritize the things that are in urgent need of repair and things that can be put off for a few years as well as long term projects.
Vote:  3 Yes (Mailhos, Littell & Blessington) 0 No.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:07 A.M.
